Responsible use of Closet’s accounts, uploads, AI and payment features.

1. Lawful use and content rights

Use Closet lawfully and upload only content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload illegal, exploitative, infringing, threatening or harassing content. Do not impersonate others or misuse their personal information.

2. Account and service security

Do not access another person’s account or wardrobe, steal credentials, distribute malware, probe protected systems without permission, overload the service or interfere with normal operation. Report suspected vulnerabilities through Contact Closet without exposing other users’ data.

3. AI and automated abuse

Do not abuse AI services, bypass safety restrictions, extract unauthorized data, use automated bulk requests to evade limits, or create extra accounts to manipulate allowances. Do not treat generated output as permission to violate someone’s rights.

4. Payment and entitlement abuse

Do not use stolen payment information, falsify charge disputes, tamper with subscription status, guess or mass-redeem restricted promotions, or circumvent technical plan restrictions.

5. Enforcement and reports

Nova may restrict, remove or suspend content or accounts to address violations, security risks or legal obligations. Where practicable we provide an explanation and a chance to contact us. Use Contact Closet to report abuse or challenge a restriction; include details without credentials or unnecessary private information.
