1. Respect for copyright
Upload photos and other content only if you own them or have permission. Nova can restrict or remove content in response to substantiated infringement concerns and can restrict repeat infringers where appropriate.
2. Submitting a notice
Use Contact Closet and select Copyright. Identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content and its location in Closet, with enough information for us to find it. Provide your name and contact email, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
3. Private content and verification
Wardrobes are private, so do not attempt to access someone else’s account to investigate. Provide identifiers, a shared link or a lawful description where available. We may request additional information and may share relevant notice details with the uploader to address the complaint.
4. Counter-notices
If your content was removed in error, contact us with its identification, your signature, contact information and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. If a formal DMCA counter-notice is appropriate, include the required jurisdiction and service-of-process consent; we will explain the applicable process before treating an informal appeal as a formal counter-notice.
5. Contact and agent status
Copyright notices are routed to Nova’s administrator through the form. Closet does not represent that Nova has a registered designated DMCA agent, or claim safe-harbor status on that basis. The contact person is Basir Muhammad, Illinois, USA. This process does not limit statutory remedies.
