Accessibility Statement

Our approach to usable controls and reporting access barriers in Closet.

Effective: October 5, 2026 · Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. Our commitment

Nova aims to make Closet usable by people with different abilities and devices. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a certification or a claim that every page meets a particular standard.

2. Current interface approach

The legal area uses semantic headings and navigation, labeled forms, keyboard-operable links and buttons, visible focus treatment and text feedback for submission errors. Shared dialogs use accessible dialog controls. We use the existing theme and respect reduced-motion preferences where supported by the app’s styles. Some visual wardrobe, canvas and third-party payment interactions may still present barriers.

3. Known limits

AI garment recognition and photo-based features cannot substitute for accessible descriptions in every case. Third-party authentication and checkout are partly controlled by their providers. We do not claim a completed independent audit or universal screen-reader compatibility.

4. Report a barrier

Use Contact Closet, select Accessibility, and describe the page or action, what happened, and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include sensitive credentials. Your request is saved for administrator review; we will use your email to discuss a practical alternative or correction.
