Terms of Service

The terms for using Closet, operated by Nova in Illinois, USA.

Effective: October 5, 2026 · Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. Introduction

Closet is operated by Nova, whose owner and contact person is Basir Muhammad, based in Illinois, USA. These Terms govern your use of Closet, including nova-bookings-leads.live, www.nova-bookings-leads.live and capture-artist-app.lovable.app. By using Closet or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Closet is not intended for children. You may use it only where doing so is lawful.

3. Creating an account

Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Closet offers email/password and Google sign-in entry points. Availability of a sign-in method depends on service configuration. Do not create accounts to evade restrictions or impersonate someone else.

4. Account security

Keep your password and devices secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize under your account. Contact Closet promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity verification before changing an account or responding to a sensitive request.

5. Using Closet

Closet helps organize clothing, outfits, favorites, wear history, style preferences and related plans. Recommendations are intended to use the clothing recorded in your closet. You remain responsible for reviewing and correcting your wardrobe records and deciding what to wear or purchase.

6. Free plan

Closet Free costs $0/month. Basic wardrobe organization and manual outfit creation are available without a paid subscription. AI allowances are limited; current allowances and usage are displayed in Settings. A free account does not automatically become a paid account.

7. Closet Pro

Closet Pro costs $20 USD/month and provides higher AI access. Fair-use and technical safeguards still apply. Check Pricing and Plan & billing for current features. We do not guarantee unlimited computing capacity or uninterrupted AI availability.

8. Subscription billing

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You authorize the payment service to charge the disclosed recurring price and any taxes shown before purchase. Activation depends on verified payment events. Price changes will be disclosed before they affect a renewal, with an opportunity to cancel.

9. Stripe payments

Stripe powers payment checkout and subscription management. Managed payments may display LINK.COM on your receipt or bank statement. Payment service terms also apply to the transaction. Closet stores subscription identifiers and status, not complete payment-card numbers.

10. Cancellation

Use Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription or Cancel subscription. Normally cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel billing. Cancel a paid subscription before deleting your account.

11. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, particularly duplicate charges, billing mistakes and serious service problems. There is no automatic money-back guarantee or automatic prorated refund for unused time. The Refund Policy explains the request process. Rights required by applicable law are unaffected.

12. User content

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant Nova a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process and display it solely to operate Closet, provide requested features, protect the service and comply with law. This is not a transfer of ownership.

13. Clothing photos

Upload only photos you have permission to use. Avoid unnecessary faces, addresses or other sensitive details. Queued photos can remain on your device offline; when connected, they may upload to private cloud storage and be sent for requested AI analysis. Private storage is not a promise that authorized service providers never process the photos.

14. AI features

AI can recognize clothing, suggest outfits and support search, styling and wardrobe insights. It can misidentify garments, miss pieces or make unsuitable suggestions. Results are not professional advice or guaranteed facts. Review recommendations and correct errors; the AI Terms explain processing and limitations.

15. Acceptable use

Do not use Closet unlawfully, infringe rights, upload malware, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits, manipulate billing or disrupt the service. The Acceptable Use Policy provides additional details.

16. Intellectual property

Nova and its licensors retain rights in Closet’s software, design and branding. Subject to these Terms, you may use the service for personal wardrobe management. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer protected parts except where applicable law permits.

17. Third-party services

Closet depends on hosting, storage, authentication, payment, weather and AI providers. Their services may change or be unavailable. Links to external services do not constitute an endorsement, and those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

18. Service availability

We may perform maintenance, change features, or suspend access for security or operational reasons. Internet access is needed for synchronization, billing and AI processing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery of every unsaved change.

19. Offline features

Previously cached wardrobe data and supported edits may remain usable offline. Device storage, browser settings and whether a page or photo was previously cached affect availability. AI work and uploads require connectivity. Clearing browser data can remove unsynced changes permanently.

20. Data and synchronization

The online database is the source of truth. Supported offline changes are queued on your device for replay when you reconnect and sign in. Synchronization can fail or conflict; review pending or failed operations. Keep a copy of irreplaceable photos and do not rely on Closet as your only archive.

21. Account suspension

We may restrict access to investigate suspected abuse, protect users, handle payment failures or comply with law. Where practicable we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us; urgent security situations may require immediate action.

22. Account termination

You may stop using Closet and request deletion in Settings → Account → Delete account. Cancel a paid subscription first. We may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations or legal requirements. Content access can end after termination; limited legal and payment records may remain where required.

23. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Closet is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant AI accuracy, compatibility with every device, or continuous availability. Non-excludable consumer rights remain in force.

24. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of Closet. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for Closet in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or willful misconduct.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from content you upload unlawfully or your intentional misuse of Closet. This does not require you to indemnify Nova for its own unlawful conduct or override mandatory consumer protections.

26. Changes to Closet

We may improve, remove or change features. For material changes to paid access we will provide appropriate notice and options required by law. We will not silently enroll a Free or promotional user in a paid subscription.

27. Changes to these Terms

We will publish revised Terms with an updated date and provide notice of material changes where required. Continued use after a properly notified effective change constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by law. If you disagree, stop using the service and cancel recurring billing.

28. Governing law and disputes

Illinois law governs these Terms, without overriding mandatory protections in your place of residence. Contact Closet first to seek an informal resolution. Unless applicable law requires another forum, disputes may be brought in courts with competent jurisdiction in Illinois. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights.

29. Contact

Use Contact Closet in this Legal Center for questions or legal notices. Requests are stored privately for Nova’s administrator to review. Identify the account or transaction concerned without sending passwords or full card details. Nova’s contact person is Basir Muhammad, Illinois, USA.
